Pinpoint pustule on arm

Pinpoint pustule on the arm of a 33 year old Black Cisgender man living with HIV on suppressive antiretroviral therapy and with a normal CD4 cell count. This image was taken 37 days after his initial onset of symptoms, which had included painful oral lesions, fever, pharyngitis and cervical lymphadenopathy.
