Small ulcerated papule on the neck of a 50-year old HIV-negative cisgender white man, imaged 10 days after onset of his initial symptoms which had included genital lesions and subsequent fever with pharyngitis. He had not received MVA-BN vaccine but had a prior history of smallpox vaccine as a child.
