Ulcer on the frenulum of the tongue

Ulcer on the frenulum of the tongue of a 33 year old cisgender Black man living with HIV with an undetectable viral load, 18 days after initial symptom onset, in the absence of MVA-BN vaccine. This lesion was the participant’s first symptom.
