Evolving ulcer on the corona of the glans penis with receding borders, in a 30 year old HIV-negative white cisgender man. A lesion previously located on the inner side of the retracted foreskin is now healed with no visible scar. Similarly, numerous papules across the glans have healed with no visible scar. This image was taken 17 days after symptom onset and 20 days after a 1st dose of MVA-BN vaccine.
