Hyperpigmented papule on the left foot of a 42 year old HIV-negative, unvaccinated cisgender man of South Asian descent. This image was taken 17 days after onset of his initial symptoms. This lesion was part of a secondary crop of lesions that appeared after his acute stage of illness.
