Pinpoint pustule on thorax

Pinpoint pustule on the thorax of a 33 year old Black cisgender man living with HIV on suppressive antiretroviral therapy and with a normal CD4 cell count. This image was taken 18 days after his initial onset of symptoms, which had included painful oral lesions, fever, pharyngitis and cervical lymphadenopathy.
