Pustular lesion on the foreskin of the penis of a 60 year old man of Southeast Asian descent living with stable treated HIV, with some central umbilication. A diffuse maculopapular rash is also visible on the pubic area, which extended to the upper buttocks, back and flank. This photo was taken six days after illness onset, which had involved fever, chills, malaise and headache. Other isolated skin lesions had emerged two days prior.
