Healing ulcerative lesion on the left hand of a 43 year old cisgender white man living with HIV on suppressive antiretroviral therapy and with a near-normal CD4 cell count. This image was taken 25 days after his initial onset of symptoms, which had included constitutional symptoms, cervical lymphadenopathy and subsequent proctitis.
