Vesiculopustular lesion on upper arm 1

An isolated vesiculopustular lesion with mild surrounding erythema on the upper arm of a 60 year old man of Southeast Asian descent living with stable treated HIV. This photo was taken six days after illness onset, which had involved fever, chills, malaise and headache. Other isolated skin lesions had emerged two days prior.
